He is the editor, creative director and publisher of his own biannual magazine, fanzine 137, an independent art, image and fashion publication which can feature everyone from julio iglesias to grace coddington, simply because he likes them.
But luis is more than a fan, he is a hero.
Not only does he create the entire magazine himself, he also takes care of the advertising, distribution, events, and just about everything else.
It really is like a onemanshow.
Just when i was wondering how on earth he manages all of that, he tells me that he has created a second magazine, called electric youth.
