.The guy who cleaned the carpets was super nice but he arrived 2 hours late as scheduled.
He then spilled water everywhere in the kitchen.
I spent the next 10 minutes cleaning it up.
After not even much of an apology and my appt looking wrecked, he left.
He had lifted some of the stains from the carpet, i remember at the time not being super thrilled especially as the price was alot more than i was quoted.
Afterwards i decided to call managment.
Went out of town for a week the day after this was agreed, when i returned the carpets looked even worse.
Turns out they look different from when they are wet.
I also received my cheque from them and it was made out to a different name so completely invaluable to me.
At that point, i was happier and felt listened to for once.
This is when it gets seriously bad on their part.
So, i send the check back to the manager as requested and he promises to put my real name on the check and make it out for the agreed amount.
